A small but growing privately owned building services consultancy offering multi-disciplined consultancy services to clients including sustainable M&E design solutions.

With a strong client base across the public and private sector, this building services consultancy has secured yet more work after a successful year in 2011. Due to the extra work load moving into 2012 the building services consultancy have confirmed they now require a Junior or Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer to join the business initially on a 6 month contract with a view of either going permanent or extending the contract longer term.


Experience / Skills required:

- Ideally a degree in mechanical or minimum of ONC/HNC in mechanical engineering (or relevant engineering / design field)
- Minimum of 2 years working experience within the UK Building Services Design industry.
- Proficient with AUTOCAD - must be able to produce drawings
- Project experience is not essential however Mechanical Design Engineers with refurbishment experience will be desirable
- Mechanical Design Engineers with experience from either a consultancy or contractor background will be considered.
- Must be a motivated and driven individual
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
