The company
My client is a reputable main contractor with a full order book who covers a wide variety of general build projects from £1million to £20million typically.
Due to further expansion, they are seeking a new M&E Co-ordinator to add to an existing strong Design team incorporating both tender and live works.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a long standing business with a strong history who pride themselves on loyalty and staff retention.
The Role
Offering full M&E co-ordination and management in pre-construction and live works environment incorporating value engineering and sustainable solutions e.g. BREEAM.
Required Skills
-Have previous experience as a M&E Co-ordinator / Manager within a Main Contractor.
-Exposure to Tender and Live works.
-Previously worked on general build projects (education, healthcare, leisure, industrial).
-Experience working on projects between £1million and £20million.
-Experience on Tender, cost, evaluate sub-contract tenders, cost planning, etc.
-Mechanical Bias.
-Reside locally to Berkshire.
-Full UK Driving Licence.
Remuneration
-£40,000 - £50,000 Basic Salary (dependent on experience)
