Due to continued growth, my client has a requirement for an experienced Project Planner to work at design stage on numerous National-Grid related schemes. Our client is a progressive contractor that works across multiple sectors and is currently enjoying a period of extensive growth.
The position will be office based in South London (Croydon) working within their established design team and alongside a Senior Planner. Duties will involve creating detailed design programmes (including fully cost and resource loading them), liaising with construction and procurement teams, monthly reporting, hosting regular progress meetings, liaising with clients and senior management and producing earned value reports.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have the following experience:
- At least 2/3 years project planning experience.
- Must have experience of planning at design stage and working with designers.
- Proficient with Primavera P3 or P6 software.
- Enthusiastic and confident individual.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £30-40,000 per annum plus car/allowance, BUPA and 28 days holiday. Career progression opportunities within the business are good and our client will actively look to train and develop the successful candidate.
