Bill started his recruitment career in 1997 with Computer
Futures (IT recruitment); he worked there for 5 years prior to
forming Project Resource as a founding Director.
Bill has a 1st class honours degree, achieved
at Brunel University. After graduating Bill became a
lecturer of A levels for a short time, before starting his
recruitment career.
Bill is a determined businessman who is dedicated to his family,
team and customers. He aspires to achieve perfection in all
he does and endeavours to get the highest standards from
others. Bill is interested in business partnerships, working
with growth companies, professional companies that mirror the
professional standards to which Project Resource adheres.

Bill in his younger years participated at international level in
Decathlon representing England and Great
Britain. His pastimes now include relaxing with his family
and friends, watching most sports, keeping fit/ healthy and
enjoying life to the full. Bill is an avid classic and
sports' cars enthusiast and enjoys participating where he can in
motor racing.

Derek started in recruitment in 1996 for a market leading IT
recruitment company, working to a senior level within the business,
prior to forming Project Resource as a founding Director.
Outside of work Derek is interested in Travel, Property,
Architecture, Art and Psychology.
Derek is interested in the Business world at large, with a
genuine enjoyment of business interaction and people within the
work place. Derek is keen to work with partners and employees who share
his goal of consistent personal development and commercial growth,
with a sense of enjoyment in all that they do.

Andrew Szklarek

Andrew's

Andrew commenced his career in recruitment in November 2003
joining as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Andrew was
initially tasked with establishing and developing our Commercial
and Quantity Surveying delivery offering to the Midlands, North of
England & Scotland.
Andrew, through his hard work, dedication, attention to quality
delivery and service worked his way up our company hierarchy to be
promoted to Director in October 2010 and is a Project Resource success
story. Andrew is currently in charge of all sales
operations across the business and spends his time travelling
between our four offices, working to grow and develop our team and
ensure we are offering the very best service.
Prior to working at Project Resource Andrew had graduated from
the University of Southampton in 2001, then went to work in
corporate/ investment banking for HSBC in Canary Wharf, London.
Andrew is dedicated to developing the careers of any employee he
works with and takes great pride in the progress of the individuals
that have worked with him. He is proud of the relationships his
regional office has built with employers and job seekers since the
regional office opened in Birmingham and is looking forward to
repeating this success with the new regional offices in Manchester
and London. Andrew is always keen to speak or meet with anyone that
we can assist or can assist us, we all take the view that our

Outside of work Andrew enjoys sport including football and
cricket and spends most his spare time socialising with friends and
family.
John O'Sullivan
Non-Executive Director

John started his recruitment career in 1983 with Computer People
and helped orchestrate its sale to Adecco. In 1997, he founded Best
International Group (I.T) which grew rapidly to achieve over
£130million in turnover in the UK and the US. Best was sold to
Spring Group (now Adecco) in 2003.
Since 2003 John has pursued a portfolio career, acting as a
strategic advisor to a select group of ambitious recruitment
companies, helping them to achieve their goals. Several of
these recruitment companies have been acquired, merged or floated,
achieving significant value for their shareholders.
John also owns Elite Leaders, a networking group for owners and
directors of SME recruitment firms, offering strategic advice and
leadership development.
John is driven by success, but is also a dedicated family man,
with four young children and a farm to run; his weekends are filled
with action. His key interests are Birmingham City football club
where he has held a season ticket for many years (unlike many, he
supports his home team!!) and skiing, a passion he shares with his
family.
