Expand and Growth for Our Recruitment Company in 2012 and Beyond

Although we had traded successfully in London from our Reading office, in August 2011 we opened the Project Resource London office.  Seven months in and we are doubling the size of the office, this will allow us to continue to expand our sales team and offer even more services.

Its been an interesting and challenging seven months which I've thoroughly enjoyed.  We are still looking to employ more people to join our team. We are continuing to work hard to develop key relationships, meeting hiring managers, meeting active and passive job seekers and organising business breakfasts to re-emphasise our key points of diferentiation and add value to our customers.

Other notable changes include the recent improvement of our company website, making its focus more pointed to the core professions that we specialise in supplying, namely Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying, Estimating, Planning, Project Controls, Design Engineering and Design Management.  Making the user experience simliar and the site faster.

So, that's all from me for now. 2012 has started off great so far.  We are really looking forwards to continuing to push for growth, prospecting for more business, strengthen present relationships, hiring more people to join the recruitment team and continuing to be the most professional and efficent recruitment business we can be.  Until my next post...
