We are looking for people to join our Birmingham office, which we opened in March 2008 and which is going from strength to strength.

It's a great time to join our company, and specifically the London office.  It is so exciting to be working for a growing company, knowing that you are part of its success, your input is valued and makes a real difference.

In my role as internal recruiter for Project Resource I really do see the impact of the job I perform for the team.  My role is to source and first interview every person that we hire to join the team.  I have interviewed thousands of people by phone, review hundreds of CV's each week, and see the people that we hire flourish in our entrepreneurial work environment.

From all our office Managers, to Sales Director, to our more recent Trainee Recruitment Consultant hires, all have been sourced then recommended by me for interview.

We are always interested in talking to experienced recruiters who really want their careers to take off in a big way.  We also want to hear from ambitious, focused and hard-working non-experienced people.
