Prior To Contract Start

Prior to you starting a contract with Project Resource, you will need to have provided identification in the form of a Driving Licence or Passport. You can attach either of these documents via the My Project Resource tool.

You will have decided to opt in or opt out of EAA (2003) regulations.

You will have agreed to our terms of business.

Contractor Documentation required

• You will have supplied or be in the process of supplying:
• Personal identification (i.e. Passport, Driving licence, etc)
• Limited company name
• Limited company address
• Limited company certificate (Limited company registration number)
• Limited company bank details
• VAT certificate (company registration number)
• Insurance certificates (values (£) of insurance)

Ensuring contract validity (contract paperwork)

Before the commencement of your contract (start date), you must sign the Project Resource contracts sent to you and return them to:

On receipt of contract paperwork ensure that all contract details are 100% correct, and that you have sent to us copies of your insurance certificates (and that these are valid for the duration of the contract), Limited company certificates, and VAT certificate (if VAT registered). Failure to provide these documents would invalidate the contract, and may delay payments being made to you.
