I am the Commercial Manager for the X project. We have had a continuous "churn" of commercial staff, and our preferred option is to opt for permanent staff, but due to the location of our offices, that has not been possible.

"TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I was the Project Manager for ****** Engineering on the London City Airport Apron Extension project from April 2007 until May 2008.

During this period we needed to source an experienced planner/ programmer at short notice, because our in-house resource was fully engaged elsewhere.

Project Resource provided a quick technical response and sent us a list of suitably qualified candidates by return. We reviewed the CVs supplied before selecting a short list that concluded with us engaging **** ****** worked for us 20 hours per week (student visa restriction) for the main contract programme, monthly updates and CE reprogramming exercises.

I found Project Resource to be a most professional agency, that offered a good selection of candidates from the planning/ programming sector with a broad range of experience and cost/ benefit. I have no hesitation in recommending Project Resource to any of our companies' projects' looking for additional resource and would certainly use them when the need arises again."

"Since taking up my current post 18 months ago I have worked closely with my Project Resource consultant, on a range of vacancies. The service provided has been excellent. My consultant fully understands our business requirements, and forwards CVs of only those candidates who match them. Project Resource's "client job vacancy letter" is particularly useful as it demonstrates succinctly that the basic vacancy information has been correctly understood. Rather than wasting time sending CVs for the sake of it, our consultant advises where there are no suitable candidates immediately available, and provides regular updates on progress in sourcing candidates.

Project Resource makes sure that both we, the client, and candidates are kept informed at all times about interview arrangements, potential start dates, and that we understand all invoicing procedures. Project Resource has also helped tremendously regarding work permits when we have employed overseas nationals.

My experience is that Project Resource perfectly matches clients and candidates, with the result that on two occasions we offered candidates jobs immediately after interview and didn't get as far as advising other agencies of the vacancies. Project Resource provided us with a good description of the candidates, including details of references that have been obtained.
