Employer Referral Rewards
The Project Resource referral scheme rewards you each time
you make a referral to us, providing that the
information/introduction meets our criteria.
Rewards for jobs
Project Resource has a reward scheme for any job vacancy given
to us that we were not already aware of (already registered on our
database).
We will supply gift vouchers, or make a donation to a charity of
your choice, for each job vacancy you pass to us.
In order to qualify for a reward, any referred job must be
current and subsequently registered on our database. The job must
not have been previously registered with Project Resource and we
must subsequently fill the job.
Referral payments are bound by criteria which must
be fulfilled before any payment can be made to the successful
referrer.

Project Resource has a reward scheme for any job seekers
referred to us that we were not already aware (already registered
on our database).
We will supply gift vouchers, or make a donation to a charity of
your choice, for each job seeker you pass to us.
Referral payments are bound by criteria which must
be fulfilled before any payment can be made to the successful
referrer.

Reward scheme
- For your 1st referral to Project Resource that results in
a placement, we will offer you £100 in gift vouchers/charity
donation.
- For your 2nd referral to Project Resource that results in
a placement, we will offer you £150 in gift
vouchers/charity donation.
- For your 3rd referral and all subsequent
referrals' to Project Resource that results in a placement we
will offer you £300 in gift vouchers/charity donation.

Referral qualification criteria
To qualify for rewards, the information you recommend to us must
meet the following criteria:
- Information not already registered with us. (We will inform you
of this within 72 hours).
- We must successfully place the person in a job or fill the job
referred.
- The person placed in a job must complete a probation period of
12 weeks (permanent employment), or 240 hours on single or
concurrent assignments (contract employment).
Project Resource retains the right to alter or terminate the
Terms & Conditions of the referral scheme without any
requirement to notify other parties.
