I responded to a Project Resource internet add with Ridda Michail as the contact. Soon after Ridda phoned me and briefed me further on the job description. When he obtained an interview for me he sent me an email setting out the best procedures on how to conduct the interview. This was an invaluable aid memoir and proved highly successful.
