Having Fun

Project Resource believes in a 'work hard, play hard' philosophy, we believe that coming to work should be enjoyable and that we should celebrate our successes together.

Read below to find out more about the various events and activities we participate in.

Company Nights Out

Each calendar month we have a financial target that we have to strive to achieve/beat. This financial figure is the sum total of all team members targets combined. When we over achieve on our target the company pays for a night out for the whole office/group. A few examples of previous nights out are: go-karting, bingo, murder mystery evening, CSI evening riverboat cruise, casino night, night at the greyhounds, & various meals out!

Achievers Lunches

Twice a year we arrange to take high "achievers" on fully paid company lunches. We dine our team at some of the UKs best or most well known restaurants. Previous restaurant destinations have included: Jamie Oliver's "Fifteen", Gordon Ramsey's "Savoy Grill" at London's prestigious Savoy Hotel, L'Ortolan (Reading), OXO Tower (South Bank, London), Babylon Roof Gardens (Kensington), Petrus (Gordon Ramsay), Bibendum & Smiths of Smithfield.

European & Worldwide Trips

We have targets over set periods, which if we achieve, the company will pay for the qualified group/ office/ whole company to go to Europe (Flights & accommodation paid). Previous destinations have been: Paris, Nice, Prague, Warsaw, Rome, Berlin, Lisbon, Copenhagen, Zagreb, Stockholm and Barcelona.

There is also a yearly 'Super Trip' where our highest achievers are treated to holidays in some of the worlds most desirable destinations. Previous destinations have included Barbados, New York and Las Vegas with Miami as the current target.

Christmas Party

Since our inception, it has been important for us to look after our team and give them back more that any other company would, or does. Part of this ethos means that we organise a Christmas party for the whole team every year. We historically have chosen large venues (200 to 500+ capacities) in the centre of London and we organise Limousines' to convey us to and from our destination. These events are always black tie events, where transport, accommodation (for those who travel down for the night) and all food is paid for.

Charity Fundraising

Through the various social activities we undertake, Project Resource actively works to support charities. At our 2008 summer party, the directors and managers placed themselves in stocks to help raise £175 for Imperial Cancer Research.

For Comic Relief 2011 we participated in a number of fun activities to raise money including dress down day, a charity penalty shoot out and a charity foosball competition. Together we raised £230 to help change lives in the UK and Africa!
