rapidly from our head office in Reading to open our 2nd office in
Solihull (2008), 3rd office in Manchester (2011) and most
recently a 4th office in London (2011).

This job vacancy has come about as part of our planned
growth which is now seeing the development of our Manchester
office.
This particular post will involve supplying
professional people to employers in the North West Valley region,
across a multitude of industries, however predominantly to
the Construction, Civil Engineering and Infrastructure
industries. Experience is not necessarily needed in these
sectors, but would be an advantage.
Experience required
Essential
- Previous sales, telesales or recruitment experience preferred
(proof of sales will be required).
- High level of independence.
- Highly self motivated.
- Ambitious above and beyond peer group.
- High achiever in business, sport or academically
(competitive).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Self critical.
- Fast learner.
- Tenacious and determined.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- A team player.
- Clear life goals.
- Organised, with good time management.
- Able to supply two written references.
Highly desirable
A summary of duties (but will not be limited to):
- Proactive generation of job vacancies by face-to-face,
telephone and email selling.
- Management of the recruitment process from start to
finish.
- Development of our existing database by exploring new
employers.
- Development of existing employer and job seeker relationships
leading to improved repeat business and retention.
- Advertising of all job vacancies through various approved
advertising mediums.
- Development of your own business area by proactive marketing
drives, structured selling and networking techniques.
