Customer Service is key

This month marks the first anniversary of Claire Light's transition from recruitment consultant to client services manager. In 2009 we formed the Client Services Team to ensure we delivered exactly what employers required from a recruitment company. What does Claire do? "It is my job to ensure we are doing all we can to be the employer's first choice supplier." "Within the last 12 months this is something that Project Resource has been achieving."

By listening to our clients Claire has ensured that Project Resource has created a bespoke recruitment process for each of them: Some of our agreements require us to work directly with hiring managers; others to work via a managed service, others through the HR department, others through online hiring software. The important thing is that we are flexible enough to deliver the same high quality service, whatever method the employers we work with require.
