More good news for the city of Manchester, as Bruntwood and Select Property Group submit plans for 500 residential apartments.
This is the second joint venture between Bruntwood and Select Propoerty Group, with the first being the Circle Square scheme on the old BBC site.
The plans for this large scheme will see two blocks on the banks of the River Irwell, next to the Lowry Hotel, which will comprise of two large buildings.
The first a 33-storey building, named Affinity Living Riverview, which will house 318 apartments. The second building, named Affinity Living Riverside, which will house 188 apartments.
As well as the apartments, plans also include private dining rooms, social lounge areas and a gym. The larger building will also feature a roof garden and private entertainment space on level 33, which will offer spectacular views across the City.
The hope is that enabling works will commence on this site in October 2016, however this will be subject to planning.
