Elliot Group, the Liverpool based developer is planning to construct three 34-storey blocks on the northern gateway to Liverpool’s business district.
The three apartment blocks, which are set to cost £250m, have been designed by Falconer Chester Hall. In total the three blocks will contain over 1,000 flats, making it the largest private housing project in the city if the project goes ahead.
It is expected that the blocks will consist of 163 three-bedroom apartments, 457 two-bedroom apartments, 163 one-bedroom apartments and 232 studios.
Plans are set to be submitted to Liverpool Council in early September by Elliot Group, who wanted to create a statement of confidence for people entering the city.
