It has been announced that Balfour Beatty has been contracted by Student Accommodation Developer, Urbanest to build a new student tower in West London.
The new 33-storey tower, which will be located on the planned Vauxhall Square site will cost £42m and will include over 400 apartments.
This project is part of a wider Nine Elms £400m regeneration scheme and the second contract win for Balfour Beatty on it. The whole regeneration scheme will also see twin towers for office and residential space, cinema complex and a new hotel.
It’s great to see more large projects being started and great news for Balfour Beatty.
