It has been confirmed that Lendlease have signed a £103m contract to deliver a landmark office scheme in Hammersmith, West London.

Lendlease were initially lined up for the project back in January 2015 when the contact was originally valued at £75m.

Architect Sheppard Robson have designed the new building on behalf of joint Developers Legal & General and Mitsubishi Estate London, which has already received planning permission from Hammersmith & Fulham Council.

Demolition of the current Bechtel House has begun to make way for an impressive looking 12-storey building. This is an exciting project that will see another prominent architectural addition to the Hammersmith area.

Work has already begun and construction is expected to be completed by early 2019.
