What were you doing before you joined Project Resource?

I was graduating from Worcester University where I was studying business management. Alongside my studies I was working full time as a Sales Advisor at a private gym.

Why did you choose to join Project Resource?

After graduating from university I was looking for a role that allowed me to earn good money quickly. I also wanted to find a role that would allow me to be in control of my own destiny. Whilst searching I came across a Project Resource job ad, which highlighted all the benefits, which I found really attractive.

What have been your greatest achievements to date at Project Resource?

Since joining Project Resource I feel the greatest achievement have been hitting a lot of my targets including Freelance Top Biller of the year. Due to successfully hitting a lot of my targets I have attended numerous achievers lunches where I have eaten in some of the top restaurants across London.

I have also been lucky enough to go on three international trips, which included Miami, New York and Las Vegas and 8 European trips which included Barcelona, Nice and Madrid. These were great fun and a great opportunity to get to spend time with colleagues from our other office across the UK.

Why do you think you have achieved and hit your targets?

I believe that due to my effort, focus and the hours that I put in I have managed to achieve and hit a lot of my targets. I feel that because Project Resource have invested so much time and effort into developing my career throughout the years, I want to repay them by being the best I can be and working as hard as I can.

What do you want to achieve in the future at Project Resource?

My next goal is to is to gain promotion to Senior Key Accounts Manager. I am also dedicated to bringing in more key clients as well as hiring a new member to work alongside me and building our key accounts team.

Why do you believe that working for Project Resource is the best job in recruitment?

I find that because our directors are as much part of our team as our peers they bring loads to the table. The opportunity to spend time with them and learn from them is a huge advantage to developing your career.

I also believe that the company culture and the people who are a part of the Project Resource team is also a big part of why I love coming to work. Lastly, I really believe that the benefits that Project Resource offer are unrivalled.

If you had to offer someone advice when joining the Project Resource team, what would you say?

You have to be 100% committed and focused on developing your career. It is a huge advantage to be passionate about hitting your targets and meeting the company standards.

I also think it is important to be open to constructive criticism because at Project Resource we are driven to develop and strengthen people’s skills.
