Bid Manager - Construction

 

Location: West Midlands

Company: Main Contractor

Salary: Up to £70,000 plus car/allowance & benefits

Are you a Bid Manager looking for the next step in your career or are you interested in moving into Bid Management from another construction discipline?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a tier 1 contractor that has built a number of the UK’s landmark projects. They typically work with public and private sector clients on projects ranging from £10m to £100m. You will report into the Preconstruction Director and be an integral member of the Midlands work winning team, that consists of Estimators, Planners and Bid Writers.

Key Requirements:

  • An already experienced Bid Manager or Design Manager, Planner, QS, Estimator, Site/Project Manager looking to move into Bid Management.  

  • Main contracting background within construction is essential.

  • Proactive person, able to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills.

  • Educated to a high standard in a relevant subject (HND/Degree).

  • Driving licence is essential.

Location:

Office based position, located in Bromsgrove.
