Job Description

Project Director

Our client operated within the Residential Industry and are based in Birmingham, they have an excellent reputation with a long-established history and are very much a recognised brand within the Region. They are seeking a Project Director to join them on a permament basis.

Project Oulined:

  • 5+ years Project Duration
  • Multi-million pound High Rise Residential Scheme - Over 700 units
  • Birmingham City Centre

Project Director Requirements:

  • New Build High Rise experience is essential in a Senior Project Management role and above
  • Proven experience project managing multi-million pound schemes
  • Experience managing Teams
  • Ambitious and competent within your role
  • Longeivity on your CV/committment to your employer is desirable
  • Health and Safety knowledge
  • Scheduling and Programming
  • Excellent organisational & team management skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Commercially aware
