A leading, highly regarded specialist office Interiors Contractor that undertake a range of projects within multiple office fit-out sectors have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join their interiors division on permanent basis.

Our Client, is a leading office interiors contractor in the design & build commercial interiors & office fit out sectors of the construction industry. With offices based near Leeds they offer interior fit-out solutions to a long list of blue chip clients. They have a high level of repeat custom due to their exceptional levels of Production, Project Management and delivery.

Due to consistent growth, they are now seeking a talented individual for a Project Manager to join the team. Emphasis must be placed on the exceptional reputation of this award winning client. Candidates will be joining a company with an enviable environment, where development and progression are nurtured and teamwork is encouraged. The Project Manager will oversee multiple interior projects to monitor progress.

The role:

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing multiple projects in the office fit out / commercial interior projects each valued at up to £1m working with any issues as they arise.

Key Duties: Client liaison is key to this role, it is essential that the successful candidate can build, develop and maintain excellent relationships with key high worth clients to sustain the regular and consistent securing of repeat business.

Manage the client relationship from start to finish. Managing multiple direct reports at any given time.

Controlling all commercial aspects of each project from inception through to completion Head up client meetings and associated issues It is essential that the successful candidate has previous experience of building and developing strong business relationships to ensuring client satisfaction. Candidates will ideally have previously managed projects within the commercial interiors and / or office fit out sectors and have refurbishment experience.
