A successful contractor is offering an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join the business to support on new multi-million-pound schemes.
The contractor operates within public and private sectors and is in a very secure financial positon. They deliver to a range of sectors including civils and highways. They have an exciting portfolio of work with projects in excess of £50 million.
The successful candidate will be based in the Northamptonshire area, on current civil projects and split their time between the site and office long term.
Quantity Surveyor Requirements:
- Proven success as a Quantity Surveyor within a contractor environment.
- Have experience within civils, highways is an advantage but not essential.
- Have commercial awareness to assess margin, risk and cashflow.
- Ideally NEC contract experience or JCT, ICC
Quantity Surveyor Remuneration
Location: Northampton on site - currently commercial teams are working from home
Status: Permanent position, freelance potentially considered
Remuneration: To discuss expectations on application depending on experience, plus package
