Location: North East (Hartlepool/Durham)

Salary up to £55,000 + package

Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor

An opportunity to work for one of the market's leading housing developers has arisen to be based in and around Durham with also sites in the Liverpool area, this ideal if you are looking for something close to home!

They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is passionate about the housing industry, able to work within a fast pace environment and have a strong track record of delivering on these particular schemes.

The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will:

  • Be degree qualified (BSc. Quantity Surveying) or equivalent.
  • Experience within housing is a necessity
  • High attention to detail.
  • Enjoy fast paced work.
  • Advanced IT skills.


The successful Quantity Surveyor has the opportunity to earn:
