Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Prestigious Company - Twickenham

Our client is a prestigious construction business who specialise in the conservation of iconic historic buildings and palaces, we are looking for a driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their in house team of experienced surveyors.

You time will be split between working at either one of six historical sites or at their head office located in Surrey.

The projects:

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to work on the UK's most famous historical monuments, palaces and heritage sites.

This company currently have a 50 million programme of new build, refurbishment and conservation works hence the need to add an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their friendly team.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor candidate requirements:

• It is preferred to have experience in either traditional, restoration or listed build.
• Main contractor background.
• Ideally from a consultancy / PQS background.
• Have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a relevant construction degree.
• Have great communication skills and client facing experience.
