Assistant Quantity Surveyor

South West London | up to £35000 | Consultancy

An independent property and construction consultancy established over 30 years ago are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

This company, based in South West London, provide services within the commercial, residential, education and retail sectors from inception to completion. Recent projects include:

• Refurb of a high-end retail unit in Green Park valued circa £2m
• New build residential scheme consisting of nearly 50 apartments in East London valued £10m
• Construction of a business park that will include a community area valued circa £50m

If you are successful in your application, you will get the chance to join a growing company that offer flexible working, provide APC support and work on projects valued up to £6m.

Requirements for this Assistant Quantity Surveyor position:

• You must be degree qualified or above in a relevant field
• Comfortable working projects valued up to £6m
• Must have at least 2+ years' post grad experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
• Happy to work within a tight knit team
• Coming from a consultancy background would be advantageous
