Position: Quantity Surveyor

Salary: up to £40,000 + Car allowance + Benefits

An opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on the arm of one of the North West most exciting construction companies has just arisen in Greater Manchester.

They currently have sites ranging from 40 units to 1000 units in and around Greater Manchester. They are looking for an Ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their team and help them increase their turnover by 30% year on year.

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will:

• Be degree qualified (BSc. Quantity Surveying) or equivalent.
• Experience within housing is a necessity
• High attention to detail.
• Enjoy fast paced work.
• Advanced IT skills.

Remuneration:

The successful Quantity Surveyor has the opportunity to earn:

• Salary up to £40,000 per annum
