Position: Bid Manager
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + package
Consultant: Adam Wright

Bid Management Role

My client are a multidisciplinary business, who're currently looking for a bespoke bid manager.

Experience needed to qualify for this position, is ideally coming from a project delivery background (Construction/Project Manager)

As well as having delivery experience, bid management/support is also essential.

Main Requirements:

  • Manage project set ups (Code/Work book/Launch)
  • Tracking documentation
  • Leading process and bid teams
  • Input and review commercial aspects to project
  • Programming (Planning, through to bid handover)
  • Managing risk
  • Managing relationships (internal and external)

Types Of Works:

The types of works that are completed are; New build, refurbishment, fit-out

Project values; £250k - £20m

Types of projects; One off & Frameworks
