Position: Building Services Manager / Senior Engineer

Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000 plus car & package

Location: Manchester

This is a great opportunity for a Building Services Manager to join a leading company within their field currently working on an important, major project. I'm looking for a Building Services Manager to come on board with the current workload and importance of the current project and the stage it is at.

Key Requirements

The ideal Building Services Manager should:

  • Have a minimum 8 years' experience within the Construction industry
  • Mechanical and Electrical experience is a necessity
  • Need to have the experience in the New-Build Construction industry, not nuclear or utilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

The successful Building Services Manager will have the opportunity to be involved in a fantastic major project in the North West.


The successful candidate will receive between £40,000 - £50 plus car and package, dependant on experience.
