Graduate Building Surveyor
We are seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor/ Assistant Building Surveyor for a well-known and respected private practice. As the business continues to grow and win more clients and repeat business the opportunity has arisen with them to add to their team. They are seeking a Building Surveyor with at least 6 months private practice experience (or work experience), and you should be half way through your APC.
Located in East London, this position will be to work as part of team, and you'll be surrounded and supported by experienced Building Surveyors.
This position will suit a person that is independent, self-motivated, and that can work as part of a team.
- This position would suit a building surveyor who is currently enrolled on their APC or has recently qualified and is looking for a new challenge.
- You should expect to work on both construction projects and professional work including dilapidations, party wall awards and acquisition surveys covering a wide spectrum of property types and values.
This position offers good prospects for both personal and career development and the opportunity to work on a number of prestigious development schemes.
Remuneration for the right Graduate Building Surveyor
Salary on offer is £25,000 per annum, plus a company car (Audi A1) or car allowance (£4,000), plus pension.
