COMMERCIAL MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION


Company: Award Winning Contractor
Location: Hull based project
Salary: Circa £80,000 plus package
Other benefits: Car/Car allowance, generous pension, 25 days holiday, bonus of 25% (that is consistently paid out)

The Opportunity:

My client is a highly successful, established award winning main contractor who are seeking a Commercial Manager to work on a large Industrial scheme circa £90m in value. You will have previous experience in running projects around £50m in value and must have worked for a Main Contractor previously. Industrial experience would be advantageous with this role however not essential.

Commercial Manger Requirements:

  • Already in a Commercial Manager position
  • Experience working within big schemes and delivering business units in excess of £50 million
  • Background ideally with an industrial scheme
  • Main contractor background
  • Stable employment history
  • You will be an outgoing, personable individual with exceptional communication skills.
  • Full UK driving License.
