Commercial Facilities Manager (£55,000 - £65,000) - Cambridge
I am working on behalf of a well-established award winning main contractor who is seeking a Commercial Facilities Manager to work in Cambridge.
The company is a tier one contractor and has a strong reputation as a great employer. They have an exciting portfolio of FM contracts covering various sectors including; healthcare and MOD.
You will play a key role in the commercial management of a complex Facilities Management contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in a commercial position with success in overcoming many commercial and operational challenges.
Commercial Facilities Manager Requirements:
-Ideally have experience in a Commercial position on a complex contract.
-Ideally healthcare experience.
-Good interpersonal skills for internal and external client liaison and negotiations.
-Ability to understand other stakeholder's drivers and sees bigger picture.
-Proactive approach and able to resolve complex contractual, financial and commercial issues.
-Risk management experience, contract management/compliance.
-Must have good IT skills
Commercial Facilities Manager Remuneration
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Other benefits: Car/Car allowance, generous pension, 25 days holiday
