Ultra high-end residential projects

Up to £90K

We have an exciting opporutnity for an experience constructiion Commercial Manager to join a rapidly growing contractor based in West London. You will be joining a specialist residential contractor who focus on delivering bespoke, high end and luxury homes to affluant clientel in areas such as Belgravia, Mayfair and Notting hill.

The role of Commercial Manager:

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the commercial department of a growing business. You will be involved in dealing with cloents, managing projects from conception to completion and also overseeing a small team of surveyors.

The Commercial Manager will drive the tendering and submission phase of a project ensuring there is no compromise on programme, quality or Health & Safety. This role will require you to manage multiple tenders ensuring content, pricing and deadlines are not compromised. You will join a team renowned for their exceptional client service who are currently winning a variety of high end residential contracts in London. You will be given exposure to an array of projects and will be providing a full service to a wide range of high end clients.

Project Types:

You will be working on a range of residential properties on behalf of celebrities, multimillionaires and famous sportsman so all of the projects are completed with the highest level of finish. These projects can be sold on the market for up to £30M!

Required experience for the Commercial Manager:

  • Minimum 10 years UK construction experience
  • You must have experience working on high-end residential projects
  • Main contractor of developer background is essential.
  • You must have proven longevity at previous employers
  • Previous experience managing a team is essential.
