Senior Project Manager

London | up to £80,000| Contractor

Established over 40 years, this family run contractor is currently the Principal Contractor on a large residential and hotel project in central London and urgently need a Senior Project Manager who is experienced enough to be the Project Lead on site.

The project

• Large Residential & Hotel Central London
• Structural work underway
• £40m worth of build left to complete
• 2 years left to completion
• Working closely with the end client and overseeing the teams on their behalf
• Reporting back to the end client
• Overseeing health & safety and liaising with CDM on site

They are looking for a candidate who has main contractor experience and a civil engineers or structural engineering background. Looking to pay a salary up to £80K plus package this is a fantastic opportunity to join a central London based company.

Requirements for this Project Manager position:

• You must be degree qualified or above in a relevant field
• 6+ years' experience as a Project Manager
• Residential experience is a must, civil engineering background would be advantageous
• Must be articulate, presentable and have previous client facing experience
• Come from a main contractor background

Salary and benefits for this Project Manager position:

• Up to £80,000 salary (depending on experience)
