Position: Contracts Manager

Location: North East

Salary: Circa £65,000 plus company car/car allowance and benefits

The Opportunity

The opportunity presents itself for an experienced Contracts Manager to be part of a rapidly growing Sub-Contractor based in the North East, working on Earthworks and Groundworks projects in the water sector.

Your main objective will be to ensure all contract deliverables and KPI's are consistently met and achieved, driving efficiencies and improvements. You will act as the main contact for the client and be responsible for the performance of the company:

This is a chance to join a rapidly growing contractor on their successful tenders of high profile projects. This is a Civils based position which will require relevant managerial experience in demonstrating competency in successfully delivering Earthworks, Groundworks and Water projects through the supervision of operational staff.

The Contracts Manager should have the following;

  • Around 7 Years' experience as Contracts Manager
  • Managerial expertise is essential with a good civils grounding.
  • Must prove they are going to be focused on finishing the project within budget and on time.
  • Water experience is preferable
