Contracts Manager - Piling - Warwickshire

Role

I have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager to work on a permanent basis for a piling contractor in Warwickshire.

The position will be tasked with overall responsibility for contract delivery from concept to completion.

Projects will range from £25k to £3mil and you will be involved in planning and pre-delivery of schemes, onsite delivery, H&S, people management including staff reviews and training as well identifying new commercial opportunities and nurturing key relationships.

Future Development

The position has development potential as it will initially work closely with the Contracts Director and the Contracts Manager will take over some of the strategic elements of this role within circa 18 months.

Requirements

  • Proven record of success as a Contracts Manager
  • Experience of the piling industry is preferred but Civil Engineering experience will be considered
  • CSCS / SMSTS / IOSH / NEBOSH
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance Systems (ISO)
  • Be a strong negotiator
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Be willing to travel UK wide (90% of your time will be spent in Warwickshire)


Remuneration

  • Basic Salary between £40,000 - £50,000
