An international tier 1 construction consultancy is looking for an experienced Delay Analyst / Forensic Planner to join their expanding team in London. This consultancy operates across the globe in a number of sectors.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to further their career within a large company that can offer them the support and training they require in order to further develop. This position is also open to experienced planners who have had a bit of experience in delay and want to move into a more delay focussed role.

They are looking to bring people on from a variety of sectors across the board. This consultancy due to its global outreach and size will be working on some truly interesting projects and would provide an excellent opportunity for anyone who is keen to make a name for themselves in the claims industry.

The ideal Delay Analyst / Forensic Planner should be:

  • An experienced planner
  • Qualified in a Construction or Engineering degree.
  • MSc Construction Law (desirable).
  • Knowledgeable on various delay analysis methods and the advantages, assumptions and suitability of each.
  • Well versed in delay analysis and report writing skills.
