Our client is seeking a Freelance or Permanent Design Manager to work on a couple of different building schemes as part of a large framework.

Requirements:

• Worked as Design Manager previously
• Experience working on large projects up to £50m
• Worked on projects such as Warehouse, Logistics and large industrial schemes
• Able to manage the design from Pre-con - Delivery and close out

Duration: 6 - 12 months (permanent also considered)
Location: Birmingham based (site travel to Bristol and Midlands)
Rate: Dependant on experience
