Client

Leading Regional Housing Developer in the New Build Residential Sector.

Role - Development Co-ordinator

  • Provide support to the Development deam in regards to co-ordination and delivery of pre-development processes
  • Focus on architectural, technical and engineering solutions in relation to Land purchase, planning and build development before handover to site management
  • Combined role of architectural and Engineering

Responsibilities - Development Co-ordinator

  • Procure and prodice technical investigations reports
  • Management of engineers
  • Liaison with external agencies and consultants
  • Collate relevant documentation
  • Prepare and maintain project delivery and control programmes
  • Coordination of key communication, documentatin, reports, technical information and drawings
  • Attend and organise relevant meetings with stakeholders
  • Provide key reports and updates on all KPIS relating to the technical aspects within the Development team

Key Requirements - Development Co-ordinator

  • Experience in a relevant role with a Housing Developer/in the Residential Sector - Design Engineering is the most desirable
  • Knowledge and experience using development/technical process
  • Working knowledge of engineering and CDM regulations
  • Excellent problem solver with a "can do" attitude and strong communication skills
  • Self motivated who pays attention to detail
