Position: Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
Package: £30,000 - £36,000 + company benefits

This is an exceptional opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to bolster their Commercial department in Manchester.
This leading national contractor have an exceptional reputation within the industry and are looking for the next wave of Quantity Surveyors to help them develop some of exciting projects as they continue to grow in the North-West
As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will:
- Have a minimum of 4 years' experience in the UK
- Come from a New-Build, Main Contractor background
- Fully fluent in JCT D&B and its' variants
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Degree Qualified (BSc or equivalent) is desirable
- RICS chartered (or working towards) is desirable
The successful Quantity Surveyor has the opportunity to earn:
- Salary between £30,000 and £36,000 DoE
- Exceptional Car Allowance
- Fuel Card
- Pension Contribution
