Currently seeking a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to work on a Prison Project in Northamptonshire for 2-3 months

The company is a major contractor and willing to pay a competitive rate for the right person.

If you have MEP experience within the build environment, have over 5 years commercial experience and are available immediately then please send your CV to me as soon as possible.

Other experience needed:

• Used and competent in Oracle based software
• Worked as part of a large delivery team.
• MOJ Project Experience
• At least 5 Years MEP experience
• Major Project Experience - c.40M+ MEP Value
• Worked on public sector contracts

Duration: 2-3 months initially

Rate: up to £450 per day (DOE)

Location: Rushden
