Admin/Office Manager

A major contractor within the utilities industry is offering an excellent opportunity for an Admin/Office Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will be based in West London on utility projects for HS2.
You need to have proven experience in managing a busy construction office.

Admin/Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with all departments
  • Working using your own initiative and fulfil the management responsibilities of coordinating the workload within the administrative department. This includes developing and encouraging colleagues within the administrative department so they always achieve their best.
  • A very broad range of administrative tasks, from weekly filing to the management of more complex areas, such as company vehicles, IT and telephony.
  • Being required to manage the control of spreadsheets across various areas, such as company vehicles, mobile phones, IT and insurance claims.


Admin/Office Manager Remuneration:

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (open to discussion based on experience) plus package
Location: West London
