Planner (Construction)

Salary: £65,000

The successful Planner will be joining a regional contractor with a very local supply chain. The Opportunity for a Planner

Due to their impressive growth an opportunity now exists for an ambitions Planner to join their Midlands Construction Region. This is a new office for the region and it will continue to mature over the forthcoming years as they hope to grow the region to £50M. The role will be based out of their Birmingham office but will require travel to their head office in Bristol for Pre-construction meetings. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who hopes to continue their development as many opportunities to progress will arise. They cover a mix of public and private sectors including education, health, and government.

Planner requirements

  • Circa 5 years' experience as a construction Planner.
  • Exposure to a varied range of public construction projects.
  • A stable employment record with well-known main contractors.
  • Commercially aware, excellent communication and people skills.
  • Educated to a high standard in a relevant subject.
  • Proficient in Asta PowerProject software.
  • Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
