Project Manager (£55,000 - £65,000) - West Midlands

I am working on behalf of a well-established award winning main contractor who is seeking a Project Manager to work regionally in the West Midlands.

The company is a tier one contractor and has a strong reputation as a great employer. They have an exciting portfolio of work up to £30 million.

The successful candidate will have experience delivering high value projects. They must be an all-round Project Manager who will be involved from start to finish, from tender/bid management to overseeing delivery and liaising with consultants and clients.

Project Manager Requirements:

-Experience working as Project Manager in a main contractor environment
-Experience working on large projects upwards of £20 million
-High level of leadership and management skills
-Commercial and financial ability
-Appropriate CSCS card
-Excellent organisational skills are required
-Strong Communication

Project Manager Remuneration

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location: West Midlands
Other benefits: Car/Car allowance, generous pension, 25 days holiday
