This business is ranked within the top 100 fastest growing consultants and financial performers and they have been involved in the high end residential sector for the last 20 years.
Our client is large enough to provide a responsive and comprehensive service yet small enough to offer personal attention. They have grown organically over the last 30 years to be a key player in their field, attracting clients of a high calibre and enjoying an abundance of repeat business.
The practice has a wealth of experience in a range of new and refurbishment schemes and encompasses the full spectrum of services from design through to completion.
Due to increasing project wins and workload they are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity and would suit a dynamic and ambitious person, that has high end residential project experience, either managing a project in its entirety or as part of a delivery team.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Project Manager with the planning, management, co-ordination and financial control of a variety of construction projects.
This will include assisting in project conception, developing the project brief, and advising on budgeting, site acquisitions and planning. You will also assist with developing project strategy and programming.
The Key Requirements
- co-ordinating statutory authorities
- arranging pre-commissioning, feasibility studies and report
- arranging tender documentation, contractors and feedback monitoring
- developing maintenance programmes and consultant's briefs
- co-ordinating the design process
- managing the construction process
- managing the design consultants
This business has a preference for candidates with a Quantity Surveying background or for candidates working towards a professional qualification, RICS, APM or similar.
Up to £45,000 per annum + a great benefits package (possibly flexible depending on experience)
