Looking for a new challenge or want to step up? This leading construction company is looking for a hungry and driven Quantity Surveyor who is eager to quickly progress into a Senior QS role.

With a history spanning over 50 years, this company have grown to become one of the industry leaders and are renowned for delivering large scale and complex structures globally that have been shaping city's skylines across the world.

This Quantity Surveyor role will the successful candidate working on new build / fit out commercial projects across the capital, acting as either the lead QS or no.2 depending on the size of the scheme.

Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor position:

• Must have at least 4+ years UK experience working as a QS in the UK
• Experience working on new build projects with exposure to JCT form of contract.
• Ideally have a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or a relevant degree
• Previous experience working for a main contractor.
• Experience working on commercial projects (new build or fit out)
• Previous experience running your own projects will be advantageous.
• Good organisational skills

Remuneration for this Quantity Surveyor position:

• £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• Car / travel allowance.
