Project Quantity Surveyor

City of London| £55k - £65k | Fit Out Contractor

Established over 20 years ago my client, a medium sized company that delivers cat A/B fit out to commercial projects across London and the surrounding Counties, is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join them in their office near to Bank. Projects valued between £250k - £10m+ this company work with developers, landlords, large corporations and end users. Growing their Commercial Team, they need a Quantity Surveyor with 5+ years' experience ASAP.

This is a great opportunity to further your career, there is the possibility for the successful candidate to step up to a Senior Quantity Surveyor level within a short time period.

Requirements for this Project Quantity Surveyor position:

• You must be degree qualified or above in a relevant field
• A minimum 5 years' experience is essential
• You must have interior fit out and commercial sector experience
• You must be from a main contractor background
• Longevity with previous employers is a must
• Project experience valued up to £10m would be advantageous
