You have the opportunity to join one of the largest multi-disciplinary infrastructure specialists in the UK.
The Quantity Surveyor will assist the commercial team ensuring there is compliance with contractual requirements.
They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to permanently join their existing team in Leeds.
The Key Requirements
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:
- Have a relevant qualification, e.g. degree in Quantity Surveying
- Have experience of working on major Heavy Civils Infrastructure projects or high-value Civil Engineering projects
- Have experience managing your own projects or schemes
- Have at least 3 years' experience in Quantity Surveying
- Hold a valid CSCS card
- Be proficient in NEC forms of contract
As the successful Quantity Surveyor, you will receive:
Between £30,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience, plus a competitive benefits package
