Quantity Surveyor | Buckinghamshire | £60,000
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable housing developer in Buckinghamshire. This client work on a range of very high end residential developments from one off luxury homes to multiple large housing developments.
Based in Buckinghamshire, this developer have worked on projects in Oxford, Aylsebury and Haddenham so the successful candidate must be willing to travel throughout the county.
Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor position:
- A BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or relevant qualification is essential
- Experience of working on high end residential projects independently
- A minimum of at least 3/4 years working with a high end housing developer
- Willingness to travel to sites based within Buckinghamshire
Salary for this Quantity Surveyor position:
- Basic salary of £70,000
- Annual bonus
- Car allowance
- Excellent pension scheme
