We have a fantastic opportunity that has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join very reputable residential developer based in the City of London. As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of the construction projects. Our client has been established for over 30 years and is delivering wide range of projects across residential and mixed-use sectors. This includes a high-end residential build of around 800 apartments across two towers of 50 and 55 floors. In 2018 they completed around 2,000 homes in the UK, and more than 4700 in London alone. As the Quantity Surveyor you will need to uphold very high standards. Our clients are hailed as one of the most innovative and dynamic property developers in the industry.
Requirements as a Quantity Surveyor:
- Educated to a degree level
- 3-7 years' experience with main contractor/developer background
- Evidence of longevity with previous employers
- Project experience in relation to large residential/mixed use builds.
