This Intermediate Quantity Surveyor position is with an established medium sized, London based consultancy that offer a range of integrated professional services for all types of property design, maintenance and construction projects.

This consultancy has a wide spread of work and with a relatively small team and there's a real chance for you to shine and to work across multiple sectors! As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the delivery of informed and tailored cost management services to a variety of residential and commercial clients across a number of high-profile projects.

Key requirements for this Quantity Surveyor position:

• Degree qualified, ideally in Quantity Surveying or a similar technical discipline
• Previous experience working for a construction consultancy.
• Ideally experience working on commercial, residential, leisure/stadia or hotel projects
• Ability to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner
• Strong technical delivery experience
• Client facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduation experience

What is on offer for this Quantity Surveyor position:
